Who is responsible

VERTEX TTC is the controller for personal data described in this notice. Privacy requests can be sent to avx@vertex.repair.

Data we process and why

When you email or call us, we process the contact details and message content you provide to answer the inquiry, prepare requested pre-contractual steps, manage the customer relationship and protect legitimate business interests.

The hosting provider may process IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser or device information, and security events in server logs to deliver and protect the website.

Legal bases

• Steps requested before entering into a contract and performance of a contract, where applicable.
• Legitimate interests in answering business inquiries, operating a secure website, preventing misuse and keeping appropriate business records.
• Compliance with legal obligations where records must be retained.

Recipients and retention

Personal data may be available to authorised VERTEX personnel, the hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus), and professional advisers or public authorities where legally required.

Server log retention: for the period configured by the hosting provider and only as required for security and legal obligations. Inquiry email retention: only as long as needed for the inquiry, customer relationship, accounting or legal obligations. A longer period may apply for an active customer matter, accounting, legal claims or another legal obligation.

Interactive map

Google Maps loads automatically when the map approaches the visible part of the page. Google receives technical request data such as the IP address and device information and may use its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

No contact form or analytics

This version of the website does not use a contact form, advertising trackers or analytics. If those features are added, this notice and the consent controls must be updated before they are enabled.
